Dear Michael Stenberg,
Thank you for providing such an extensive list of resources.
This book is excellent for birth, marriage and death records for Poland but I do not know the availability of it these days, I purchased mine in 1990:
Ortell, Gerald A. (1979) Polish Parish Record of the Roman Catholic Church. Genun Publishers, Illinois, USA. ISBN: 0-912811-04-8.
I did find a listing on Amazon but I think it is out of print.

Michael Stenberg,
Thank you for compiling the list of Polish research resources. This is now my go to page when seeking the resources I need in my research. Again, thank you.

Could somebody please point me in the right direction. I have managed to find my fathers birth registration Max Augustin Dudek (jpeg available) which states that he was born in Lipiny, Radom, Masovia, Poland on 4th August 1905. it also gives his fathers name as Jozef Dudek a sheetmetal worker, smelter and his mothers name as Balbine Maria Kunowski, however, no matter how I try I cannot find any further information on any of the three of them.
Many thanks in advanceHans
