- Son[?] born here.
- On 15 October 1936 to the Borna [G.?] Leipzig antitank division 24.*
- On 1 November 1938 Z[?]k 2.
- On 1 August 1939 to German Armed Forces.
- On 22 November 1948 to Russian imprisonment.
- On 5 June 1949 to Aue, according to de-registration**[?].
*The Panzer-Abwehr-Abteilung 24 was an antitank division in the front troops. See https://www.geschichteborna.de/borna/geschichten/die-panzer-abwehrabteilung-24-in-borna for some history of the division (with the page open in Google Chrome, right-click in the white margin and select "Translate to English" for a Google Translate version of the information).
**Residential registration in Germany requires registering when moving to an address, re-registering when moving to another address, and unregistering or de-registering when moving away from the town/city. That may be what the abbreviation Abm. refers to here, in which case a de-registration document would be the document referenced that states he moved to Aue.

I guess "Am 22. 11. 48 zur. (russ. Gefangensch[aft]" means: ... zurück (russ. Gefangensch.) = On 22 November 1948 back [from] Russian imprisonment.

Here's what I can decipher -
- S. d. Buchhändlers - "S. d." might mean "son of," Buchhändler is a bookseller.
- bd. Eltern 11.11.38 [can't read next abbreviation - maybe the district in Leipzig?] Leostr. 1; the second line is also "bd. Eltern", then looks like "s 22.11.48", and crossed out looks like "dies"?, then number -27- underneath that. "Bd. Eltern" probably means "both parents."
- S. Geb. hier. Am 15.10.36 n[ach] Borna [G?] L., Panzer Abw[ehr] Abt[eilung] 24. Am 1.1.38 [can't read]. Am 1.8.39 z[ur] Wehrm[acht]. Am 22.11.48 [can't read] (russ. Gefangensch[aft] Am 5.6.49 n[ach] Aue lt. [Abm?]
#3 relates to Harry's military service. Not sure what "S. Geb." means in this context. But in 1936 he was in the Borna Panzer Abwehrabteiling 24 - see https://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/Gliederungen/Divisionseinheiten/IDEinheiten24-R.htm for more info about this division. In 1939 he was in the Wehrmacht. The next part says he was a POW in Russia, probably until 22.11.48. Then he moved to Aue in 1949.
