Carol,
There are a few words that I can't get. I think the real gold mine in this record are the relationships of the godparents.
Today on the 18th day of November, one thousand seven hundred eighty seven, was baptized Francina Margaritha. A female child born to lord Joannis Philippi Lauer and Maria Francisus? (I can't figure out the last letter on those two names, they look like "o" but that wouldn't be a woman's name. I think this mother's name should be Marie Francine like you had) Rauber, married in this place.
Godfather of the child is Jacobus Rauber, the mother's brother and the godmother is Margarithia Rauber, the mother's sister. Judged and signed by the priest and the witnesses.

Hello @sueungricht,
FYI: The letter you are asking about at the end of both "Mariæ" and "Franciscæ" in the mother's name is the digraph: æ.
This makes the name: Maria Francisca.

Hi Carol,
The record appears to be in Latin

Thank you Mr. Hoffmann; would you direct me to the Group where Latin is translated please?

Hi Carol, if you are lucky someone in this group might be able to help.
I had a look but can't see any group dedicated to latin or even Catholic records sorry

FYI: There is no specific group dedicated to records written in Latin.
@CarolEKallmeyer: Please be patient. There are members in the German community group who are familiar with Latin and may be able to translate this record for you.

Thank you! I will wait.

Hello @CarolEKallmeyer,
Here is my attempt at a translated abstract of this record:
Child: Francisca? Margaritha Lauer.
Baptismal date: 18 November 1787.
Father: Joannis Phillipi [Johann Philipp] Lauer.
Mother: Maria Francisca? Rauber.
Godfather: Jacobus [Jacob] Rauber, the child's uncle.
Godmother: Margaritha Rauber . . .
Comments: I am not quite sure how the godmother is related to the child.
I think the record ends with wording about the godparents and the father signing the record along with the priest.
I see four signatures at the bottom of the record:
Rauber for the godfather. Rauber for the godmother. Lauer for the father. And the priest's signature which looks like "Freÿtag".

Thank you Sueungricht and Robert for clarification of this birth record in Latin. I appreciate your translation efforts. I have three more children to find for this family. I am grateful!
