Need a translation of a marriage record
This is a marriage record from Wiesental for a David Knebel and Magdalena Knebel, daughter of George Knebel and Magdalena Bertram(I think). It's a rather long entry but I'm particularly interested in the beginning where I see the word dispensation and wonder if someone can translate that part especially. My ancestor was her illegitimate child, Franz Knebel, born much earlier, 1817. I am very curious why they needed a dispensation.
Am attaching a photo of the record, but it is also online on Family Search, Film 8115292, image #539
Thanks.

Thank you so much! I wondered if it had something to do with them being related since they had the same last name, but didn't know what kind of restrictions against marrying relatives there were then. She had also had several children prior to the marriage which I think were probably his. Thanks again!
