Need an interpretation of something in a record
This is a portion of a family record. The wife's name is Maria Ursula ???.
She died 3 Dec 1798. Her husband died in 1774. I know vidua means widow. Can any tell me what the 80a after vidua means? Or does vidua have a different meaning in this context? Does it mean she was 80 years old when she died? If it does mean that, is it conceivable she was still having children at 56?
If anyone has any suggestions as to her last name, that would also be great! Thanks.

Peggy,
The town that is underlined on the first line is Spraitbach. There is a link below for that town in Meyersgaz.org. Underneath that is Hertighofen (look on the map feature of meyersgaz and it is a town just below Spraitbach) If you type Hertighofen into meyersgaz, you will see it is a small town dependent upon Spraitbach. She lived in Hertighofen but the nearest parish was in Spraitbach.
Maria Ursula Elfen (often -en is added to women's names, so I think her surname is Elf). There is a link below for a surname distribution map with Elf in that area. Then v (von meaning from) Spraitbach.
I don't know what the light writing is right below her name.
She died 3 December 1798.
The last is vidua, which is widow like you said, 80 a (the Latin word for years which is anno). Then it says that she was from Spraitbach.
I think it is almost impossible that she was still having children at 56.
