My additions to your transcription:
1742 den 30t November war festi D. Andreae. A post wurden Johann Jacob, weyl. Johannes Benders, gewesenen Inwohners und Gemeinsmanns dahier ehelich hinterlassener Sohn mit Anna Catharina Wendel (?) Schmucken? Inwohners und Gemeinsmanns zu Bechenheim? eheleibliche Tochter, beyde ledigen Standes nach vorhergegangener 3malig proclamation christl. Gebraucht nach copuliert.
Translation:
1742, on the 30th November was the feast of Saint Andrew. Thereafter were married according to Christian custom after previous threefold proclamation Johann Jacob, the legitimate surviving son of the late Johannes Benders, former inhabitant and commoner here, with Anna Catharina, legitimate daughter of Wendel (?) Schmucken?, inhabitant and commoner in Bechenheim?, both of unmarried status.
Comment:
I read the home town of of the bride's father as Bechenheim (https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10122061), not Bechtolsheim.

Thank you very much! Do you think the bride's surname is Schmuck or did you leave the question mark there because you think it might be something else? Sometimes when I look at it I see Schmid. Could that also be? Glad you could see something different in the town where her family is from. I now have somewhere new to look!
I sure appreciate your help.

Hello Susanne,
names are often the most difficult part to read with certainty since there is no context which helps. In this case I can see "Schmucken" (the -en probably being a grammatical ending) quite clearly. Personally I just would keep the question marks until finding another confirmation (from another record or so). I do not see "Schmid" in this case.

Thank you! I searched in Bechenheim and actually found a birth of an Anna Catharina to Wendel Schmuck in 1722, which would have made her 20 years old at the marriage. Seems like a good possibility to me. And the surname there was clearly Schmuck. Without your clarification I would never looked in Bechenheim!
I sure appreciate your help!
Susanne
