Here is a marriage record for a different pair of 4g grandparents from Schluchtern in German script/Latin. I am getting better at this but am still missing some words. I very much appreciate any help in translating this!

The word "epalem" confuses me; I think it is not correct Latin but I can't come up with any other that fits. I think this part refers to the (lifted) marriage obstacle of close kinship.
