Hello Susanne,
the writing in this record is not very clear, it seems that the contrast of the copy is too high. I wonder if the original film has a better quality. Can you provide a link?
The record is quite interesting, particularly the note at the end which is not fully readable for me.
Here is my transcription:
Translation:
On 19 July 1743 an illegitimate child was born and baptized on 21 July with the name Johann Nicolaus, sponsor was Johannes Nicolaus Bromberger, commoner here. Father was Andreas Wagner, legitimate son of the juryman Johann Georg Wagner, and the mother Maria Barbara, legitimate daughter of Johannes Hornick, but [they] were married before the baptism of this child by special order of the lordship. Note well: These are the beautiful fruits of Kirchweyhen. ____?.
Kirchweyh[en] (modern spelling: Kirchweih), literally "church consecration", is a traditional yearly celebration of church dedication (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirchweih), particularly in smaller towns and villages. It is regularly connected with a fun fair and popular entertainments.

This is interesting! Thank you! I have another copy in my OneDrive to look at. Not sure if it is any better.

I also will include a link to the page, but it is on Archion and since it is a pay site, I don't believe you will be able to get in unless you also have a subscription. It is in Hessen-Nassau: Zentralarchiv der Evang. Kirche Dolgesheim births with range 1701-1799 - image 35

Unfortunately the other copy is rather worse and I don't have an Archion pass at the moment. Maybe another volunteer with Archion access can have a look.
