Hello,
I am trying to find out the names of these individuals that were requesting aid from the Catholic Church. I am writing a book and would like to include a list of names.
Thank you.

You might get some clues on what the names might be by looking through the birth, death, marriage, records of the time and place.

Here's an attempt at deciphering the list -
Christian Herschberger
Christian [ann???] Johan Görg [Bunn?]
Johannes Pressler [or Preffler?]* Gotthart Parr
Jacob Rohrs
Christian Paufler [or Pausler?]* Christian Kögÿ [or Rögÿ?]**
Jos?? Görg [or Göry?]** Tobias Batzler
Christian [Goder?] Georg Adam Friedrich
sämbtliche Erbbeständer Hanrich [Schree?]
* Johannes and Christian in the first column might have the same last name
** Jos??? in the first column and Christian in the second column might have the same last name, especially is the latter is spelled with a K rather than an R - the G and K would sound similar when spoken.

The problem is that, being signatures, they are all different hands - let me list my interpretations:
left column:
Christian Herschberger
Christian Arnkunert
Johannes Pressler
Christian Stauffer
Joseph Görg
Christian Joder
"sämbtliche Erbbeständer"
right column:
Johann Görg Bunn
Gotthart Parr
Jacob Rohrer
Christian Kögy
Tobias Metzler
Geörg Adam Friederich
Hanrich Scheer
For many names I should have added question marks - I just didn't want to make it look too confusing. Some interpretations agree with @sylviaelchinger1, others are alternatives you may want to consider.
I can only recommend what @Cheryl Viering has suggested already: look through church registers to see what names show up there; many records will likely be written by the same hand - so one can try to "learn" it.
