Treviso birth records after 1815
Looking for a birth record for my relative, Antonio Breda who was born in 1830 in Conegliano. I am not finding any records after 1815. All I know is that he is from Conegliano, in the Veneto region in the Treviso province. Any suggestion as to where to look? He was also a Captain in the military. I am sure there will be military records somewhere.
Also, is there a way to search these discussion posts?

I just found this https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/216012#Comment_216012. The part in Italian says, “requests for certificates and summary extracts of birth, marriage and death certificates, as well as family sheets, must be addressed to the municipality, as it is the competent territorial public body. For documentation produced in the province of Padua up to 31 August 1871, it is necessary to search for the baptism, marriage and death certificates in the parishes.”
I appreciate your patience as I try to work this out. My GGGF was born in Conegliano, in Veneto in Treviso province. Who would I contact?
I do not know of any particular religious affiliation except they have a lot of daughters with the first name of Maria, so maybe Catholic?

In that part of Italy, between 1815 and 1871, there was no civil registration, only church records, and nearly everyone was Catholic. Conegliano is pretty good sized town, so there are multiple possible churches to contact. I would start with the Duomo di San Leonardo:
But there are quite a few others, listed on this page under Conegliano:
Church records are not public and access to them is at the sole discretion of the pastor.
The diocese of Vittorio Veneto also maintains an archive of parish records:
