Help with family relationship
From Family Register Altenbreitungen, Germany
? Johann Georg Schleicher md to Anna Christine Schmidt
How does Storch, Johann Adam fit in?
Johann Lud? Schleicher md to Margaretha Christina Storch? Since Johann Lud? is under the family of Johann Georg Schleicher that he is a son of Johann Georg?
I assume the kids belong to Johann and Margaretha.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Paula Rail

Hello @PaulaRail1,
Notice in the line for Johann Adam Storch the parenthetical note which refers to volume II, page 201, of the Altenbreitungen family register. Have you tried to find this entry for Johann Adam Storch in the family register? It might provide information as to how Storch relates to this Schleicher family.

P.S. Lud? = Ludwig.
Yes, the children belong to Johann Ludwig Schleicher and Margarethe Christine Storch, who married on 16 June 1868. Their first daughter was born on 17 December 1868 and their second daughter was born on 5 April 1872.
I agree with your assumption that Johann Ludwig Schleicher (born 8 June 1844) is the son of Johann Georg Schleicher and Anna Christine Schmidt, who married 13 February 1838.

It would help to know what type of record this is. But just looking at what's written here, one could guess that Johann Ludwig, b. 1844, is the son of Johann Georg, b. 1810. Johann Ludwig married Marg. Christiane Storch, also b. 1844. Johann Adam Storch was born 1841, so it's possible he is Marg.'s brother, certainly not her father. The two daughters would appear to belong to Johann Ludwig and Marg. Christiane.
Here's a possible way to verify all these relationships. Notice that after Johann Georg's marriage date, there is a reference II132. This same reference appears for Johann Ludwig after his marriage date. Johann Adam Storch has a similar reference, II 201. These numbers refer to the entry in the Familienregister, in this case volume II. If you can find the Familienregister for this town, then go to entries 132 and 201, and it will essentially show a family group sheet for the Schleicher and Storch families. Pages before or after those numbers may show other generations of the same families if the register is more or less alphabetical.
