@ChristineWagner9 The 'a' is typically drawn out more than it is in today's cursive writing and tends to look more like oi. Or are you thinking of something else?

@ChristineWagner9 The word is 'schuf' (infinitve = schaffen (create)). The verse goes 'Oh Elsenborn up in(?) the Eifel, it wasn't God who created you, it was the Devil. (I gather there used to be a military training area.)
I'll start and maybe someone else knows more about the geography in (Northern) Germany and can decipher the other place names.
Groom: Otto Rauch (Miller), born on October 20th, 1891 in Wip– in Holm, residing in Brilon
(Birth and Baptism Certificate by the head official of Nord– – – witza-Ducha)
Bride: Thersia Pepper née Nippemeier, widow (unemployed); born on December 18th, 1894 in Brilon (Birthe Register No 145, registry office in Brilon), resident in Brilon

Thank you.
Yes, it was a military training camp.
The bride is Theresia Tepper (Niggemeier). I'm still trying to find out where Otto Rauch was from. Thanks for the additional information.

Does it look like "Rauch" is spelled differently-more letters?

No, that makes sense. Thanks again.

I read the birth place of Otto Rauch as Wystscharol (not quite sure about the spelling) in Polen. So he came probably from the western border region of Poland. I couldn't find any place name that fits, but the clerk may have had difficulties to write the name correctly. Also, two lines below the office is located in No__rchwitza-Ducha which sounds Polish as well.

I have two birth records to be translated. I don't know if I sent them correctly the first time.
Alfred and Wilhelm Tepper from Solingen. (Grafrath , Wald). I thought they might give the father's age and place of birth but I don't think they do.
Thanks for the help.
