@Nancy Carroll Evans Crawford It doesn't say what it is. Given the last two bear the numbers 8. and 9., I cannot quite imagine this to be marriage entry. I'd say you need to have a look at the page just before this one.

It's most likely a birth record, given that godparents are listed, and it gives the baptism date. If it were a marriage, there would be Zeugen = witnesses.
