Hi Martha, You've probably figured out more than I have on this record but since no one else has responded yet I'll share what little I can figure out:
23 November (1815)
Haus No. 4
Groom: George Dusatko, ?? von ?? ?? herrschaft
Bride: Barbara, verwittwet Johann Saea?, bauer zu Willimowitz, gebohren Joseph Woehlic??, baur zu Pabenitz (now Paběnice)
Witnesses: These names are beyond my capabilities.
Notes: I'm sure I've messed up the surnames of Barbara's father and first husband. Willimowitz is now called Vilémovice and is a district of Červené Janovice.

Hi Greg
That is more than I got. The handwriting is atrocious.
Actually, that little bit helps me a lot. Everyone lists Barbora surname as Riha or Wohlidka. I always thought she had been widowed. Now I know.
Mom was my gazetteer... she died a year ago on the 11th. Thanks for the insight into the geography. Knowing where helps you do more accurate searches.
If I can find her first marriage that could help me finish this record.
Czech records aren't as robust as German records. German scribes would have listed the first marriage date, his parents, any children, and the date of his death.
Thank you!
