On Thursday, 12. February 1846, at one o'clock in the afternoon, at the inn of Gottlieb Puber in Kirchheim an der Eck, the royal notary Haas, whose office is in Grünstadt, will supervise the auction (due to the division [of]
9 Dezimalen (measure of unit with which I'm not familiar) garden, and 142 Dezimalen field, situated in the area of Kirchheim an der Eck,
of the estate of Regina Lang, deceased, who had been widow of Johann Michael [Fey][resident] of Kirchheim an der Eck.
The auction will take place due to a ruling by the Königl. Bezirksgerichts (district court)Frankenthal as well as an expert report of today.
Owners are:
1. Georg Peter Fey, farmer, residing in Kirchheim an der Eck;
2. Sebastian Fey, forest warden, residing in Bergzabern;
3. Johann Nicolaus Fey, farmhand, residing in Zweibrücken;
4. Barbara Fey and 5. Elisabeth Fey, both without employ and residing in Kirchheim an der Eck;
6. Wilhelm Fey, soldier, in garrison at Landau;
7. Jacob and David Fey, both underage children of the [above] mentioned spouses Johann Michael Fey and Regina Lang, whose main legal guardian is the above mentioned Georg Peter Fey and whose other legal guardian is Philipp Jacob Zachritz, barber, residing in Kleinkarlbach; the latter is acting on behalf of his wards because their interests collide with those of their [main legal guardian].
