The record is rather difficult to read, but here's a transcription -
#36b [or 37?]
Name of the groom - Sauthoff, Heinrich Theodor, unmarried glassmaker from Triangel
Birth date of groom - 11 November 1847 in Schildhorst
Parents of the groom - the glassmaker Carl Sauthoff and his wife Antoinetta nee Oppermann in Schildhorst
Name of the bride - [Theies?] Henriette Charlotte nee [Fiege?], widow from Triangel
Birth date of bride - 5 January 1822 in [Jembke?]
Parents of the bride - the glass manufacturer Carl [Fiege?] and his wife Elisabeth nee Hofmeister from [Emde near Friburg?]
Place of future residence - Triangel
Banns read - 24 and 30 October 1869 in Gifhorn
Marriage date - [no date given]
Comments - The bride is the widow of the glassmaker Heinrich Wilhelm Theies, who died on 4 April 1848; bride and groom both belong to the Roman Catholic church.
Clerk, date recorded - Groh, 3 November 1869
My note - I'm not sure why the marriage date is blank. It's possible that it may be the date that the clerk recorded the entry, or sometime between October 30 and 3 November.

If not successful in securing translation here, may I suggest the German Community in FS? They have always been very helpful to me.

Thank you Sylvia. I appreciate your help. If the record says they were both Roman Catholic why would the family search citation say this record is from “Evangelische Kirche Addenbüttel in Gifhorn”?

Sometimes if the town was too small to have both ev. and RC churches, everyone would go to the one that was there.
