1696 Bodersweier, Karlsruhe, Baden marriage Heinrich Melchior Dorn
There's a few words in this record that I'm not certain of. Please check my transcription and translation and correct as needed. In particular, what is the surname of the bride's father?

Thank you for bumping this up Paula. I've worked on this record since my original post and I think I've figured out my questions. I'm pretty sure it says:
d 21 Junÿ, (1696),
Heinrich Melchior Dorn, der schmidt zu Brumath, und Elisabetha, Meister Hanß Hermanns Sel. Schmidt zu Brumath nachgelaßen tochter wurde nach herrschaft erlaubnus allhier copuliert.
Translation:
Heinrich Melchior Dorn, the blacksmith from Bramuth, and Elisabetha, the surviving daughter of the deceased blacksmith, Master Hanß Hermann of Brumath, were married here after territory permission.
It's interesting that the couple were both recorded to be from Brumath which I believe was under French rule at that time but they married in Bodersweier that was apparently under the Duchy of Baden. The couple must have immediately returned to Brumath as they had several children there starting the next year. About 15 to 20 years later they returned to Bodersweier.
I cannot find record of any other Dorns in Brumath except for Heinrich Melchior Dorn and his direct descendants so I suspect he was not actually from there. Maybe he was from near Boderweier and traveled to Brumath to learn Blacksmithing from Elizabeth's father? I still cannot figure out why they didn't marry in Brumath.
