Help with a German death record

The record in question is the first one on the page for Joan Walfort. I need some help with the parts I cannot read.
- Can you make out the word under his name?
- In back of his name I thknk it says "zeller" [farmer]. Is that correct?
- The town of Köckelwick is named. Can you make out what thatword above it is? Is this the village in which he lived or the place of burial?
- The date "21 May" is shown but can you tell if this is the death or burial date?
- Can you tell what is in the last few columns... I suspect one of them may be cause of death?
THANKS!

My comments in bold:
- Can you make out the word under his name? I read Revers or Revert. It may be part of the name.
- In back of his name I thknk it says "zeller" [farmer]. Is that correct? Yes, I agree.
- The town of Köckelwick is named. Can you make out what thatword above it is? Is this the village in which he lived or the place of burial? I read "Wösner". Note that the column heading says "Stand" (status, occupation), so it might be something like that, but I don't know the word. It appears also in record 5 and 7.
- The date "21 May" is shown but can you tell if this is the death or burial date? The entry is "21 May, 12 Uhr Nachts" (at night), so this is the death date and time.
- Can you tell what is in the last few columns... I suspect one of them may be cause of death? The cause of death is given as "Catarrh", so some sort of pulmonary disease; his age as 65 years, and (last column) his heir as "Wilm Walfort, Sohn des verstorbenen Zel[lers?] Revers". I can't read the word below.
