It's hard to read the mother's maiden name because the image quality isn't great. Can you provide a link to the record? Also, if this couple had other children, the maiden name might be easier to read in another record.

Here is the link on FS, if that helps. Third entry down. I have the mother as Rosina Barbara Illig.
Thanks for the suggestions, Sylvia.

OK, here's the transcription, by column:
Birth/baptism date - 12 November 1768, baptized the same day
Parents - Jacob Krämer, Steinhauer [stone mason] uxor [Latin for wife] Rosina [still can't read*]
Child - Johann Friedrich
Godparents - Martin [Lederer?] des Gerichts und [can't read], Margaretha Barbara des Schulm. [schoolmaster] Zenneggs uxor, Juliana Jacob Zenneggs Schreiner [cabinetmaker] uxor
*Still can't read the maiden name here, because of bleeding ink and overwriting, but I looked through marriage records for the years preceding the birth and found this - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSWJ-896C-X?i=652&cc=3015626&cat=18171
which gives the bride's/mother's full name as Christina Rosina Illig, daughter of the deceased Johann Carl Illig, married on 18 November 1760 (last entry on right-hand page). Are you sure about Rosina Barbara? There were no other Krämer marriage records between 1760 and 1768 when this child was born.
