Between the pixellation and That Dratted Handwriting, there are large swaths that I can't figure out, but here's what I'm fairly certain of:

Officiant (probably): something Blosch

Born 7th, baptized 11th April [year not included in snippet]

Address: Untermeidling(?) number 17

Child: Johanna Antonia

checkmarks: probably "female, legitimate" (plus a blank for religion, 'cause the clerk got tired of marking "Catholic")

Father: Anton Foitek, something about Olmütz, son of Josefa Foitek

Mother: Johanna Kanna, daughter of Winzenz(?) Kanna and Marianna Czermak.

Godparent/witness (probably): Anton Schwarz, bookbinder(?), Untermeidling(?) number 17

Obviously, I'm guessing at the column headers, but there aren't really too many variations in that. There are occupations given for all of the menfolk and I think some residences/birthplaces, but they're beyond my skills, as is the last column.

Can't really read more than Julia but let me give some more info cuz this seems to be a Czech family.

Father Anton Foitek would probably be FROM Olmütz which is now Olomouc, Czech Republic and he is the son of JOSEF Foitek (Josefa in this document is the genitive case of the name Josef. I'm correcting it cuz Josefa is also a female name and I don't want you to get confused when searching further)

Given that the entry is in German ("geb.", "Sohn", etc.), I'm pretty sure it is actually Josefa -- if he was illegitimate, that would also account for why he only has one parent named.

Thank you all so much. I am going to look in Olomouc to see if I can find any more information. I am grabbing at straws to find out any information about my great grandmother. I know her birth date but not her birth place. I know she immigrated to Texas in 1883, landing in Galveston the the Wesser. She married my great grandfather in Fayette County in 1884.

(Untermeidling is a part of Vienna's district Meidling. It used to be a village at the outskirts of Vienna.)

Father: Anton Foitek, ?(that word may refer to the place where he worked.) Kasierer (treasurer; actually: Kassierer), kath. aus Olmütz in Mähren, geb. Sohn der Josepha Foitek

= Anton Foitek, – treasurer, catholic, from Olmütz in Moravia, son of Josepha Foitek

(The whole phrase is 'Sohn der Josepha Foitek'. 'Der' is the genitive form of the article 'die' (f).)

Mother: Johanna Kanna, legitimate daughter of Vinzenz Kanna, Tuchnmachermeister (master cloth maker) and Marianna Czermak

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately not who I am searching for. I have hit a brick wall with finding out any information about my great grandmother. I know her birth date but not who her parents were or where she was from. She immigrated to Texas in 1883.
