Hello Carol,
Translation:
Place of residence: Nienhagen.
Day of the marriage: 14 September [1820].
Names of those married: Johann Friedrich Adolph Sünkel, no. 9, legitimate son of Joh. Fried. Conrad Sünkel, formerly Gartensmeier in Heiligenkirchen, with Florentine Wilhelmine Ilsabein Tente, legitimate daughter of the late Jobst Henr. Tente, no. 10 in Nienhagen.
Age: [Nothing is record for the groom.] [Bride]: born1795, September 20.
Comment: "Gartensmeier" is a surname. It looks like you are dealing with a Hofname here.
Heiligenkirchen is a place close to Heiden: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10755065
The bride's birth month is written as "7br" = September.

You're welcome, Carol. I can find no evidence in Thode, Wörterbuchnetz, and lists of old German professions that "Gartensmeier" is an occupation. So to be on the safe side you should search for both Sünkel and Gartensmeier.

Thank you, I would never have caught this! Another Hofname!? I thought "Gartensmeier" was J.F.Conrad's occupation "a garden farmer". So his birth name was "Gartensmeier" and his Hofname is "Sünkel"?
So when I look for records in Heiligenkirchen, I would look for the name "Gartensmeier"?

Will do; thank you again!
