Help translating christening record
I've located the christening record for my great*3 paternal grandfather Joannis Christopher Hornbach in Einselthum, Bavaria. It's in Latin (he was Catholic), so I'm not sure if this group will be able to help. Even if you could just transcribe the German script, it would be a big help. Thanks so much, and Happy New Year!

Hello @katherinehornbach,
Here is an abstract of this record:
Child: Joannes Christophorus [Johann Christoph] Hornbach.
Baptized:15 September [the year is not evident in the image].
Born: the same day [15 September].
Place of baptism: the branch church of St. Martin at Einselthum.
Father: Georg Hornbach, teacher and court clerk from Einselthum.
Mother: Clara [no maiden surname recorded].
Here is where the Latin gets "murky" for me:
Person who lifted the child at the baptismal font: Joannes Christophorus Behren?, parish priest in "Cell" [Zell] and Einselthum.
Baptizing cleric: the Reverend "Gundisalvus Capucinus" from Grünstadt.
Comment: Here are the links from Meyers Gazetteer for the three places (Einselthum; Zell; Grünstadt) recorded in this record:
Einselthum: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10418017
Zell: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/21220019
Grünstadt: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10676012

@Robert Seal_1 Thanks for the translation, and on New Year's Eve no less! I learned a lot from this, besides the birthdate - such as the fact there was a branch church in Einselthum at this time, what his father's occupation was. I'd been hoping for his mother's maiden name, but looks like I'll have to search further. Nice to start the New Year's with this new information.
