Hello @Tom Randolph,
Re: verwiltibter??
I read this as "verwittibter" and appears to be a variant form of the word "verwittwer" = widowed.
Re: ????Zweÿ Beqen Poastmains??
This is tough. I read "Zweÿ Beqen" as: Zweÿ" and "brker" or "brken" which is split over two lines. This gives you "Zweÿbrken/Zweibrker" and may be an abbreviation for Zweibrücken. Winden is approximately 48 miles east of Zweibrücken in the Pfalz.
Poastmains??: I read this as "Hooffmains" and the closest German word I can find to this would be "Hofmann".
Ernest Thode, German-English Genealogical Dictionary, defines "Hofmann" as: farmer; administrator of a manorial estate; courtier.
Hopefully other community members will also provide input on your question.

@Robert Seal_1 Thanks! Yes, he was widower, so that works. That area also fell in the Duchy of Pfalz-Zweibrücken, so maybe he had some role for the Duchy. Will keep digging into it! Best wishes for the new year!
