The father is listed as Joannis Michaelis Redwitz, which in the regular/nominative case is Joannes [Johann or Johannes in German] Michael Redwitz.
The priest's surname is written as Brockard, and he's listed as the p. t. [pro tempore] parocho, meaning the priest for the time being.
