Hello @Robt_Nielsen,
Here is my transcripton which you can compare with yours:
d[en] 1 Jan ist Held Odefey, Einwohner
in Bgh [Bergenhusen] mit eine? parentation, Leich-
Predigt u[nd] Sermon beerdigt.
Comments: "Parentation": Thode, German-English Genealogical Dictionary, defines the word as: "funeral (esp. for the family)". Merriam-Webster defines the same word in English as (1) "the celebration of funeral rites for one's parents" and (2) "archaic: any service memorializing the dead".
"Leich-Predigt" = Leichenpredigt = funeral sermon.
"Sermon" = sermon.

You're welcome, @Robt_Nielsen. "Parentation" was new to me as well.
