Hello @Tom Randolph,
Here is what I read in the second column:
Catharina Elisabeth Haack, Dienstmädchen die ihr Wochenbett bei ihrem Eltern (Tagelöhner Haack) zu Carlow hielt, alt 18-3/4.

Thanks @Robert Seal_1 ! Google translates it as "Maid who kept her childbed with her parents (day laborer Haack) in Carlow" whereas DeepL suggests "Maid who was staying with her parents (day laborer Haack) in Carlow". I wonder if the emphasis should be on her staying with her parents or on her having the birth at her parents -- or a combination of the two.
Any thoughts on the journeyman occupation for sponsor Jochim Heinrich Güttner? Looks to start with So? And the missing word for the second sponsor?

I wonder if Güttner's occupation is Rademacher? Although it looks more like it is spelled Raedmacher?

The occupation of the first sponsor can be Raschmachergesell. A Raschmacher was a specialized type of weaver producing coarse wool fabrics, see https://www.haff-verlag.com/raschmacher (in German, translate with DeepL).
The word for the second sponsor is probably a 3- or 4-letter abbreviation, but I can't figure it out.
Note that the words in the second column are bei ihrem Aelter which is a singular form (with her parents would be bei ihren Eltern). Aelter is a rather uncommon word, it can mean an older relative, maybe even her father.

You're welcome, @Tom Randolph.
Since the column heading is asking for "Name, Status and Residence of Parents", I would interpret this as a combination of the two: Maid who was residing with her parents (day laborer Haack) in Carlow when she gave birth.
Regarding Güttner's occupation: To me the first letter looks like an "R" or secondarily a "K". The remainder of the word is: . . . macher = maker, so R___machergesell.
Regarding Schlatow: I'm stumped, maybe: Hf__
