1865_help with relationships
Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to find the baptism certificate or birth certificate of my great grandfather, who was German, but he was born in Russia (**** in Rubland, 26 of September 1865).
I'm looking different searching methods, but I couldn't find nothing. Just I have the book of my family where appear the date of birth, where he studied and his career, with who and date of his marriage, and date when he passes away.
I appreciate if someone can help me with this hard mission!
Greetings!

I noticed that there is a familytree in ancestry.com for a Wernekinck family. Many of the records are in Berlin where your Nicolaus went to university. One daughter was born in 1862 in Moskau, Rußland (Moscow,Russia). Maybe there is a connection?

Unfortunately, I don't know how to find Russian records.
Edit,
Have you seen Nicolaus' familysearch ID L86D-XZ7? It gives his parents names. His father is brother to the August Wernekinck in the above ancestry tree.
His father's 1899 death record in Berlin:
His brother Wassily was also born in **** , Russia in 1871. Here is his marriage record in 1902 Berlin:
Tula Russia:
Nicolaus' mother Anna Wernekinck nee Sabnin is in the 1916 Berlin directory. His brother Wasilli might be listed just below Anna.

Thanks for your time and tips, actually I tried to use Ancestry, but it was the same, I couldn't find something. There is not information about the baptism certificate. I'll search about the daughter was born in 1862 in Moskau, Rußland (Moscow,Russia).

I just found that familysearch has some **** church records for 1854-1916. It looks like they are not indexed and can only be viewed at a Family History Center. See the two sets of church records listed here:
Since you have his birth date you might be able to find it by browsing through the records. You will likely need to learn the Russian spelling of whatever term they used for births/baptisms, his name, months and numbering.
Note: For some reason when I look at my posts the software is sometimes replacing the village name with **** . The name of the village is the same as listed in the document that you posted. It is a 4 letter word beginning with "Tu" and ending with "la".
Edit: This may be a perfect time to use the familysearch record lookup service. Since you have his exact birthdate they should be able to find it quickly if it is in either of those two sets.
The mothers maiden name Sabnin (in most records) seems very unusual. I cannot find it anywhere even when I search in cyrillic. It seems that it might be a modified version of a Russian name. Just like some German names changed when immigrating to Chile, Russian names probably changed when moving to Germany. If she was Russian perhaps her maiden name was something like Sobyanin ( the surname of the current mayor of Moscow).
