Translation:
Peter, 6 weeks son of Johann Christoph Schmidt, day laborer and hosteler here, died on Monday the 5th of May at 3:30 at night. His age: 2 days less 9 hours. Buried Tuesday the 6th of the same month [May] in silence.
Note - this entry uses the same "6 Wochen" term as the death record for Conrad. I wonder if he could have been 6 weeks premature? Perhaps one of the other experts in the forum knows what this means.

According to Ernst Thode's German-English Genealogical Dictionary, a Sechswöchnerin is "a new mother in the 6 weeks following birth, while she's staying away from worship." So if we apply that to "6 Wochen Söhnlein," that would probably mean a child within 6 weeks of its birth. And that does make sense i this context.
