OK, Bonnie, here's a transcription of the will. It's a bit difficult to give an exact translation because of the lack of punctuation and use of old spelling variations, just plain bad spelling, and "Deutschlisch" - some German and some English words.

Sort-of translation -
In the name of God amen. I John Frick of Lower Milford Twp in Bucks County in the state of PA, being weak but God be thanked still of sound mind, have determined to make this my last will and testament as follows. First I give my soul into the hands of God and my body to the earth, further it is my will that all of my debts and costs of burial should be paid further as far as my properties are concerned I given them all to my dear wife Gertraut but she must [?] Catharina Burckenstock who is with me now until the age of 18 -- further as far as land is concerned in Lower Milford Twp in Bucks County that should be and remain as it is divided among my son Henrich George Maria and Gertraut married to John Mumbauer further that the money owed to me by my son Henrich [should be deducted from my debts that are listed?] further I appoint and name Lohrens Stahler as my lawful Executor for this my last will and testament and to [accomplish its terms] and to see that good deeds are drawn up for my children for the land mentioned above. This I testify with my hand and my seal today on the 18th day of April 1826 is my only last will.
Present witnesses - John Mumbauer, Lohrens Stahler
Notes - Because of the lack of punctuation, it's unclear from the wording whether there are two sons or just one. The words in [brackets] are because I wasn't quite sure how to translate what was written, but it captures the gist of it anyway.
Hope this helps.

Sylvia, Many thanks to you for your time to translate this Will for my family! (He is a 5gg Uncle) I could figure out some of the words and knew this one would not be easy due to the old writing so, Yay! And yes there were 2 sons and 2 daughters. The mystery to solve will be Catharina! All the best, Bonnie
