Need help - Death record needs to be translated please.
I have located a death record on Ancestry.com which will be a huge discovery to the family once it is translated. Please can someone help me with translation!!
I have tried to translate but only able to figure out the name, Wilhelm Dietz, Emma Corty and the date 21 May 1907. Really need some help on this. Thank you, Janeen

Pankow, on 21 May 1907.
Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, personally identified on the basis of his military passport, the electrical technician Maximilian Grund, residing in Berlin, Greifenhagenerstraße 57, and indicated that the lithographer Wilhelm Dietz, 68 years old, Protestant religion, residing in Pankow, Spiekermannstraße 5, born at Berlin, married with Emma Corty, residing in Pankow, son of the worker Johann Wilhelm Karl Dietz and his wife, Maria, whose maiden surname is not known by the informant, both deceased, last residence of both not known, died at Pankow, Spiekermannstraße 5, in the apartment of the worker Julius Scholz, on the 20th of May of the year 1907 in the morning at 8:00 am. The informant declared that he was informed/aware of this death from his own knowledge.
