Marriage record reading help
Hello - I have been struggling trying to read this marriage record for Georg Joseph Stucke and Eva Barbar Kraft(in) from April 1825 and would appreciate help. It is from the St Ilgen, Heidelberg Evangelical Church Records and I found it on Family Search where luckily the bride and bridegrooms names and parents' names on towns were already transcribed, but I would like to know what else it says. I believe it includes the occupation of the males. I can read many of the words, but not enough of them to glean the other information from this record.
Here is the summary https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QPD4-C1BF?from=lynx1UIV8&treeref=GMGV-71K
and here is a link to the record https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSZT-NTHP?i=685&cc=3015626
I would be grateful for any help

Hello Liz,
Here is the information about the three males' occupations:
Groom: der ledige Georg Joseph Stucke , Bürger und Ackersmann in Nußloch, ehelich erzeugter Sohn = the unmarried Georg Joseph Stucke, citizen and farmer in Nussloch, legtimately conceived son . . .
Groom's father: verstorbenen Bürgers und Ackersmanns in Nußloch Johann Adam Stucke = deceased citizen and farmer in Nussloch Johann Adam Stucke . . .
Bride's father: verstorbenen Philipp Kraft, Bürgers und Ackersmanns in St. Ilgen = deceased Philipp Kraft, citizen and farmer in Sankt Ilgen . . .
Please note: The groom's father's middle name is "Adam" not "Achim" as shown in the abstract summary.
Also, the bride's mother's maiden surname is: "Weber" not "Maber" as shown in the abstract summary.
Both mothers are described in the record as: "noch lebenden" = still living

Thank you Robert - I thought the words might be Bürger and Ackersmann but the scribe's handwriting was so difficult for me to decipher. Your transcription helps me recognize other words, too. And thank you for the groom's mother's maiden name. Weber makes sense as the families were intertwined for several generations, and I have never seen anyone with the name Maber.
Best Regards
Liz😀

You're welcome, Liz. Yes, the scribe's handwriting was very challenging, in particular the lower case "a". The beginning of the record mentions that the impending marriage was proclaimed on 4 April 1825 and 10 April 1825, but the specific details of what else is being described in the first part of the record is difficult for me due to the handwriting and some of the vocabulary used.

Thank you Robert - I can read the 4 April and 10 April now. I will continue to try to figure out more words : )

Hello again Liz,
Here is my attempt at translation. I had the most difficulty with the last half of line 6 (beginning with the word "durch") through the first word of line 10 ("eingesegnet"). I have shown this section in my translation in bold.
Translation:
In the year 1825, on the 21st of April in the morning at 8 o'clock in St. Ilgen were [married], after official proclamations occurred on the 4th and the 10th of April of this year, through the attached? discharge certificate from the reverend? parish office in Nussloch, as the parish office of the bridegroom, matrimonial princely blessed/confirmed, the unmarried Georg Joseph Stucke, citizen and farmer in Nussloch, legitimately conceived son of the deceased citizen and farmer in Nussloch Johann Adam Stucke and the still living Anna Maria, née Schweller, with the unmarried Eva Barbara Kraftin of St. Ilgen, legitimately conceived daughter of the deceased Philipp Kraft, citizen and farmer in St. Ilgen, and the still living Maria Ursula, née Weber.
Witnesses present at the marriage were Joseph Heinrich from Nussloch and Georg Joseph Kraft from St. Ilgen, both citizens.
Leimen, on the 21st of April 1825. [signature of the curate in charge].
Comment: Since the groom and bride were from different parishes, the groom needed a discharge certificate from his home parish to marry in the bride's parish.

Dear Robert - you are the best! I have seen these discharge certificates in other places in Germany, too. If you have time, when you get a chance, could I ask you to please also provide the transcription? It helps me to learn to read this script; I can never get enough practice : )
Many thanks
Liz

Hi Liz,
In working on the transcription, I have an edit to make to the translation yesterday.
I'm changing "matrimonial princely blessed/confirmed" to: conjugally blessed/consecrated by the priest
In other words, they were married according to Catholic custom by the priest.
Here is the revised translation:
In the year 1825, on the 21st of April in the morning at 8 o'clock in St. Ilgen were, after official proclamations occurred on the 4th and the 10th of April of this year, through the enclosed? discharge certificate from the reverend? parish office in Nussloch, as the parish office of the bridegroom, conjugally blessed/consecrated by the priest, the unmarried Georg Joseph Stucke, citizen and farmer in Nussloch, legitimately conceived son of the deceased citizen and farmer in Nussloch Johann Adam Stucke and the still living Anna Maria, née Schweller, with the unmarried Eva Barbara Kraftin of St.

Dear Robert - this is brilliant! It all makes sense, despite a few unreadable words. I was especially puzzled over "wurde" and "ausrufen", which are words I know but could not decipher before your help. This was a lot of work for you and I am most grateful for your assistance.
Best Regards
Liz
