Hello Gary,
Abraham Stamm Wittwer zum Katterberg [somewhere near Solingen] mit Margretha Gaze [also Gartze, Gazze, Gartzen], Johannen Gaze zum Katterberg hinterl[assen] ehel[iche] Tochter.
Comment: Katterberg = Katternberg = a district within the city borough of Höhscheid/Burg in the city of Solingen. See the following link from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solingen See section 1.2, "City administration."

Thank you @Robert Seal_1.
So far it seems clear that Abraham Stamm was a widower from Katternberg (Höhscheid) who married Margaretha Gaze (etc.). Apparently her father was Johann Gaze, also from Katternberg, but the last part is unclear: "hinterl[assen] ehel[iche] Tochter" seems to translate "surviving legitimate daughter" and "hinterl ehel Tochter" translates "daughter in marriage". Can you clarify? Is there a clue to help me guess his age or find his spouse (her mother)? I am not yet sure I have the right marriage.

You're welcome, @Gary Knecht.
The phrase would be translated as: surviving legitimate daughter, indicating that Johannen Gaze (who is Margretha's father) is deceased as of the date of this marriage, which is 5 Feb 1769. There are no clues in the record as to when he died or who his wife is.
