Help w/Reading Name

Could someone verify my reading of a record?

I'm looking at the record that starts on that page, parents' names are Georg and Barbara.

Specifically, I'm wondering what the last name (the father's) is. Also what the child's name is. It looks like Johann, but I might be missing a middle name.

I read this as follows:

Johann Starek von Oberstetten

begehrt einen Geburtsbrieff

Parentes: Georg Starek

Barbara Kernig(?) von Blobach(?) beide todt.

Translation:

Johann Starek from Oberstetten requests a birth certificate. Parents: Georg Starek, Barbara Kernig(?) from Blobach(?), both dead.
