Help reading document in German
Can someone who is familiar with reading German documents please interpret the headings on this document for me? It is cited for what I think is the birth of Jakob Nagel, but I do not understand the headings and have been unsuccessful finding the information I am looking for in the document. Any help understanding the column headings or help finding the line with my family info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide...I am new at this and obviously has a great deal to learn!

Thank you, thank you, a thousand times thank you! This is amazing! I can't thank you enough for taking the time to respond and to share your knowledge. Hopefully as I look at more of these records I will be more successful deciphering a few things, but until then I am most grateful for your help.
Sincerely,
Pam Proctor
