Hello @LW Child,
Translated abstract of the third record:
Number: 29.
Child: Eduard Rudolph Höfer.
Father: Master Carl Heinrich Höfer. citizen and cloth cutter here.
Mother: Mrs. Augustine Emmaline, née Esehko, from Neustatdt on the Orla.
Born: Wednesday, 6 April, 7:00 am.
Baptized: Sunday, 17 April, by _______?
Baptismal sponsors/witnesses: (1) Master Julius Alander?/Glander?, from Großebersdorf. (2) Mrs. Caroline, wife of the Master August Rudolph. (3) Master Eduard Oertel.
Comments: The mother's name in this record is: Augustine Emmaline. In the preceding records it is: Auguste Emilie. I consider this to be the same person.
I've transcribed the mother's maiden surname in all three records as: Esehko. It could also be spelled: Esehke.
Because there were three records attached to a single translation request, I provided translated abstracts of each record.
For future reference:
When you post a translation request, please state where the record is from. This enormously helps the translator with surnames and place names.
It's best to attach only one image to each request for translation.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
