What is this cause of death?

Please take a look at this cause of death. It is in the Zufall column, so I know it was accidental. The last word looks like "stachen," which seems to mean stabbed. But I'm not sure about the rest of it. I'd like to know what the German words are, so I can get better at reading them.

I can't make out all words, but here is what I read:

Auf der ____ ____ erstochen.

So it seems to be correct that he was stabbed. The missing words may mean a place or an event.
