Looking for birthplace of Jacob Johann Iglo Grafschaft Glatza Bavaria

I'd like to ask for your help. 

It is likely that you have read a similar query of mine elsewhere, but none of it has led me to what I need.

I have a marriage record of my ancestor Jacob Johann Iglo/Iglow/Igloco/Igler (1731?- 1807)

from Kladsko in 1761, which states that his father Martin Iglo (+- 1700-1760 ) was secretary to the Bavarian government.

I have contacted the archive in Munich,

Landshut, Amberg and Speyer, but they have no record of Martin Iglo in either

of them. And I did not find any entry about Martin in calendars,

schematismus or Bayerische Behörden und Beamte" in: "Oberbayerisches Archiv für vaterländische Geschichte"

Since Jacob Iglo lived in Klodzko/Landek from at least 1760 to 1780 (when he moved with his family to Moravia) where he was first in the coffee trade and then in the civil service, I looked up the records in the archives in Wroclaw

A book by Rolf Straubel: Biographisches Handbuch der preußischen Verwaltungs- und Justizbeamten : 1740 - 1806/15.

But nowhere is the name Iglo or its equivalent mentioned.

Could someone please advise me where I can find the place of work of Martin Iglo to find out where Jacob was born?

May I ask those of you who have ancestors from Klodzko and have successfully worked your way back to the mid-eighteenth century, if you could look in your birth and marriage records to see if you have someone named Iglo/Iglow/Igloco/Igler as a godfather or witness and tell me what is written on that person?
