Carolina Metzmaier - Baptism Record - Translation Request

Hello all,

I would like to ask the group to help translate a baptism record from the 1700s-1800s for an ancestor named Carolina Metzmeyer. It is from Germany and is written in, what is I believe latin script and I can not decode it. I would appreciate a translation into English and if it is not too much trouble a latin transcription. Also if it is possible a translation of the text that is below Carolina's name as well as the plus looking symbol, would be greatly appreciated.
