Translation please
Here is another clipping about my great grandfather Frank Diehl. I believe it offers more detail about the fall he had that caused his death. It's similar to the one I posted the other day but some of the copy is different.
A translation would be much appreciated.

Old Man Falls from the Mohawk Bridge
The 71 year old Frank Diehl, from no. 103 West Clifton Avenue, fell from the Mohawk Bridge in Brighton last night from a height of 12 feet and sustained injuries which will in any case result in his death. The victim was found lying under the bridge in a bewildered condition by Sergeant Werner and taken to the hospital in patrol car 5. Here it turned out that he had suffered a fractured skull. In addition, his left arm was paralyzed as a result of the fall.

Thank you so much Robert! It is so meaningful to me to learn more details about my great grandfather's fall and subsequent death. It's very sad to read but also very important to me. I have quite a bit of info about this incident but the German newspapers are providing way more details!
