3 questions on 1687 Pfalz marriage record

Help please on 3 questions regarding this 1687 marriage record for my direct ancestors Sebastian Röller and Elisabetha Ricard:

1. Any idea what the initial phrase is: looks to be 'pmihs. pclä' and is found in the neighboring records, too. I didn't find any clues in Thode.
2. The groom's father Christian Röller is described as 'sorl' or 'serl' (the word immediately following his name) which presumably refers to him as deceased given the following descriptor as 'gewesenen burger'. I can't find 'sorl' nor 'serl' or other variations that would fit. Any ideas what that word is?
3. Christian is also formerly from what looks to be Claburg or Cloburg. Do you agree with that transcription? But I can't find any location with that name. Any ideas.

On the same date [the 18th November]. ?? ??: Sebastian Röller, legitimate son of the late Christian Röller formerly [middle class] citizen at Claburg, was married with Elisabetha, legitimate born daughter of Johann Rickard, [middle class] citizen in Mühlhofen.

Hello Tom,

1. just guessing: could it be an abbreviation of something like "praemissis proclamationibus" = after proclamations/banns ?
2. the word (abbreviation) is seel. = seelig, which means as you correctly inferred: deceased
3. I have no suggestion, sorry.

@Ulrich Neitzel : I asked the question about 'Claburg' to the Pfalz FB group and someone suggested it should be Cleburg, which is today Cleebourg, just across the border in Alsace, France -- and was Kleeburg in Meyers. Only 10km from the Billigheim area.
