Need help translating marriage record for Christian Friedrich Schulz and Hanna Luisa ?

I have found a marriage on archion.de, in the village of Steinhofel, for the marriage of Christian Friedrich Schulz in 1809. It is the 9th marriage on the right side of the document in the first column. I read that Christian is the son of Johann David Schulze from Ringenwalde and he is 30 years old

What I need is the bride’s maiden name. Hanna Luisa ??  and anything about her father.

Also need the date of the marriage.

I have attached the baptism record of a child born to Christian Friedrich Schultz and Hanna Luise Mewes in 1812. On this document the surname of the mother is readable, by me. Is this the same couple as in the marriage record?

Hello Myke,

The marriage date is: 16 November 1809.

Here is what I read about the bride and her father:

maiden? Hanna Luise Mewes, youngest? legitimate daughter of the local ______ and yarn weaver __ Michael Mewes, 19 years old.

Yes, it appears the bridal couple in the 1809 record are the parents of the child in the 1812 record.
