Yes, the child is born out of wedlock. Where and when is this record originally found?
The column headings for most time periods Norwegian church records are translated for you in links from this very helpful article. https://homepages.rootsweb.com/~norway/na20.html
Now that you know what the column headings are half of your battle is over.
The father, Botulf Borthen, is listed as Unf. (the writer has abbreviated 'ungkar' (bachelor)), the mother, Sigrid Simonsen, is listed as 'Ugift' (unmarried).
Helpful translations of many of the words we find in old Norwegian records you can look up here - https://otjoerge.wordpress.com/norwegian-american-dictionary/ae-o-a-0-9/#0
I'm personally interested to know WHERE this record was. Did you happen to notice the Risvold in the next listed record that you cut off when you copied it? I can guess one or two locations but I'd appreciate your actual telling me.

The father is ungkarl(batchelor) Botulf Borthin? and the mother is ugift (unmarried) Sigrid Simonsen. Also, column #10 indicates the child is uagte (uekte)-illegitimate. See the Norwegian word list on Family Search Wiki here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Norwegian_Genealogical_Word_List#U. Definitely born out of wedlock.

I've found the answer to my question. This baptism was found in Trondheim, Lademoen parish, 1908.
