Hello Carol,
I read the entry in the first column on the right page as volljährig[es] Kind = child of full age. The hour of death is 4 vier [Uhr] Nachmittag = 4 p.m., the illness is Altersschwäche = infirmity of old age. The entry in the next column (whether the deceased was attended by a doctor in the last 48 hours) is nein = no.

In the context here only Wittwe makes sense:
Des Colonus Caspar Heinrich Höner z. Guntenhausen Wittwe Anna Margarethe Ilsabe Lindemann.
The same word is somewhat better readable in entry no. 27.
