I think it is Jakob WULCKE or WULEKE. The "E" from the Ehefrau (above) covers the last few letters.

I read the name as: Welcker.

This scribe is very good about marking his lower case u's with a bogen (curve above) and I don't see this over the second letter here. Also, if you look closely there appears to be the slightest hint of a final r to the name.
