Hospital help, please
Hi:
I'm going to end in the crazy house over these records.
Both records are for the same person. At 18 she ended up in a hospital and died.
The baptism record with the added burial date notes she died in a hospital. Could that be an abbreviated verson of academic or as we call it a teaching hospital? On the burial record it also lists she died in a hospital. It uses a different word.
Context: 1892 Neuenheim, Germany
Can anyone help me, please?
Thank you!

Hello Martha,
in the baptism record it is quite clearly Akad. for Akademisch, i.e. university hospital.
Knowing this I can now also read the word in the death record as akadem.
