What was the marriage location of Richard Perkins and Dorothy Caroline Johnson in November of 1940?
I know that they lived in Bluff Utah and Dorothy Nielson was the postmaster there for about 25 years. I don't have a lot of information on Richard Perkins Nielson, but I do know that he was born in Bluff as well.

ps: I may be be from 'lowly' "Down Under" (ie. Australia); but, we have visited the "Bluff Fort Historic Site"; and, the "Missionaries" there were fantastic - the 'Historic Site' (and, 'Bluff' itself) is well worth a visit by anyone; but, especially, Members of the Church.

Richard's obituary states "he married Dorothy Johnson on Nov. 16, 1940 in Gallup, N.M." See https://www.newspapers.com/clip/31749921/obituary_of_richard_perkins_nielson/
I don't know that any marriage records that recent from Gallup are online.
New Mexico marriage records are kept at the county level. You will have to contact the county clerk to see if and how you can obtain a copy. For contact information for McKinley County, see http://www.co.mckinley.nm.us/190/County-Clerk
