These records from the Napoleonic era in the Rhineland are very verbose. I'll only give an abstract with the main facts.

Marriage record No. 2 [1812]

Date: 19 July 1812, 3 p.m.

Place: Siegburg

Registrar: Mayor Ignaz Wilhelm Saur

Groom: Jean Schumacher, cottager in Wolsdorf. born 31 March 1783 in Dambroich, son of cottager Jean Schumacher and his wife Magdalena Schumacher, residing in Wolsdorf

Bride: Maria Catharina Hoeger, maid in Siegburg, born 25 September 1781 in Scheffelhofe?, daughter of day laborer Heinrich Hoeger (died 29 March 1808) and Anna Margaretha Heugen (died 17 Januar 1795) 

Witnesses: 1) cottager Georg Koch, 52 years old; 2) day laborer Jacob Klein, 50 years old; 3) linen weaver Peter Flügelhoffer, 27 years old; 4) cottager Mathias Rungen, 45 years old; all resident in Wolsdorf

Here is the entry for Siegburg in Meyers Gazetteer: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20807092. Wolfsdorf is immediately east of Siegburg, Dambroich about 4 miles south. I couldn't find Scheffelhofe.
