Surname: Viktor...?
My grandfather, Josef Viktor, immigrated here in 1909. His future wife asked him to change his name before she married him. He must have changed it before he left since a school report card shows him as "Viktor." I remember my dad saying the name used to be Viktoria? Does anyone have any knowledge about this surname?
Also, the school report card is below. I do not see an address for Josef or the school. Would anyone have any idea of where it would be? Thank you for your help.

This site: https://www.kdejsme.cz/prijmeni/Viktor/hustota/ has where the name appears today. If you hold your cursor over where they indicate, it will show you where.

Prague. "V Praze" means "in Prague".

Here is a closeup of the seal. It definitely says V Praze. Thank you, Betseylee. I will look at the article later today.

You are welcome. The document is a grade report proving the completion of a three-year study at a technical school.
