Hello Liz,
I copied your work and filled in question marks and made other edits in bold as to what I read:
Parents: Hermann Nieberding Kötter Kolbeck, Maria Catharina Ihorst In Holthausen
Godparents: Herm Joseph Strodthof in Ihorst and Maria Catharina Kettmann gt? Wilberding
My comments: "Kötter" = cottager.
"Ihorst" is both a surname and a place in this record. Here is the link for Ihorst from Meyers Gazetteer: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10869074 Ihorst is approximately 4 miles northwest of Steinfeld.
I left the ? on "gt" because I am not sure that's what the word is. However, if it is "gt" it could be an abbreviation for "getauft" = baptized, making the phrase read: Maria Catharina Kettmann baptized Wilberding.
Here is the link to an online article which confirms the phrase "Kötter Kolbeck" is associated with Hermann Nieberding: https://www.offizialat-vechta.de/fileadmin/user_upload/Download/DasOffi/Archiv/Findbuch_PfA_Steinfeld.pdf
Use the Ctrl F search function and search the article for the phrase: Kötter Kolbeck. (Be sure to use the umlaut on the "ö" in Kötter.) There is only one instance of this phrase in the entire document and that appears on page 72:
". . . Hermann Nieberding bzw. Kötter Kolbeck . . ." (the abbreviation bzw. = beziehungsweise = respectively), so the phrase translates as: ". . . Hermann Nieberding respectively cottager Kolbeck . . ."

Dear Robert - how did you find this document about Steinfeld? I looked at the Vechta archive site but couldn't figure out how to do a search....Liz

Hi Liz,
You're welcome.
I did a simple Google search in quotes; "Kötter Kolbeck". This was the only hit that came up.
Best to you,
Robert
