Help with translation of marriage record from Retschow, Mecklenburg-Schwerin
Please help by filling in the missing words of my translation for marriage record entry 4 on page 44 for Jochim Friederich Lange and Maria Dorothea Vicken. I included images of the pages prior and after the entry for reference. I didn't include the URL for the images because they are locked on FamilySearch. I asked a few questions in brackets.
Thank you! Debra
Title: 1787 s? marriage names [There is no title on page 44 and this looks like it could be a title on page 43?]
Date of marriage: ? [symbol] 16 July 1788
Name of groom: Jochim Friederich Lange house owner in ?einshagen [The Jochim Friederich Lange that I'm researching lived in Reinshagen. If this record is a match for him, the place would probably be Reinshagen but the first letter is not R. What letter is it?]
Name of bride: Maria Dorothea Vicken from Kleinen Grenz [The records that I've found for Maria Vick and her daughter Anna, spell their maiden name Vick. Is it likely that Vicken in this marriage record is a spelling variation of Vick? I think Kleinen should be spelled Klein?]

Hello @Debra Palmer01
here is your text with my additions/editions in bold:
Title: 1787 sind copuliert worden = have been married marriage names [There is no title on page 44 and this looks like it could be a title on page 43?]
Date of marriage: ? [the symbol is an abbreviation of den = the day of]16 July 1788
Name of groom: Jochim Friederich Lange house owner (Hauswirth = farmer with leased land) in ?einshagen [The Jochim Friederich Lange that I'm researching lived in Reinshagen. If this record is a match for him, the place would probably be Reinshagen but the first letter is not R. What letter is it? I agree that the letter is untypical for an R, but if everything else matches I would assume that Reinshagen is correct]
Name of bride: Maria Dorothea Vicken from Kleinen Grenz [The records that I've found for Maria Vick and her daughter Anna, spell their maiden name Vick. Is it likely that Vicken in this marriage record is a spelling variation of Vick? Vicken is the female form of the family name Vick. I think Kleinen should be spelled Klein? Kleinen Grenz is a spelling variation of Klein Grenz]

I agree with you that if everything else matches between this marriage record and the information that I've already found for Jochim Friederich Lange, then I can assume that Reinshagen is correct. The information does match i.e. his wife's name Maria Vicken/Vick and his occupation of Hauswirth. My conclusion is that Reinshagen is correct. Thank you very much for translating the words and answering my questions. And the link to Meyers Gazetteer for Klein Grenz. Debra
